  • Gulf Wars Feedback

    We have been asked to provide feedback on the battle scenarios at the Gulf Wars post mortem. So please think about how you think things could be improved, and pass those along to the Gulf Wars staff. Hopefully with the site ownership more settled, more attention can be spent on revamping things based on such information.

  • Queen’s Prize Entry and Judging forms now open

    Greetings from your Arts and Science Master Scheduler
    Entries for Queen's Prize are now open.  The window to enter runs from now until midnight on April 19th. 
    In addition to our standard entries with face-to-face judging we are having a “Display Only” option for the Queen's Prize this year. You have a space to display your entry and any documentation you wish but will not have a judging session scheduled.  
    Entrants who choose “Display Only” may choose to have a sponsor, but a sponsor is not required for the display.  Display entrants with a sponsor will receive a sponsor gift in court along with the standard entries; display entrants without a sponsor will not.  
    Sponsors are still required for all traditional QPT entries.   
    We are always in need of Judges!  There is no award requirement to be a judge, just some knowledge of the subject matter.

    Queen's Prize is coming sooner than you think on April 29. Sign-ups will go live on March 17th and close at Midnight the night of April 19th. Links to sign up for entry and judging will be released when sign ups are opened.

  • Fighter Cards

    Greetings all,

    A friendly PSA from the Card Marshal's Office.
    Make sure you can print out a copy of your authorization card before heading to Gulf Wars or Winter War Maneuvers. We recently changed systems and it is possible you may not have been caught up in the change, so get in there and check to see if your name is in there. We have had a rare few not get transferred over.
    Also the Webminister Team has been doing an amazing job at catching issues and fixing them. One that was fixed today was the inability to access the cards from the Calontir Webpage via a smart device. You now can find a link in the menu at the top of the page.  
    This is a reminder do this before you leave for Gulf as reception can be spotty on site, the time to find out is now, not before the first battle of the war.

  • New Good Hand Herald

    Greetings!  The Honorable Lady Aelin Kausi has agreed to serve as Good Hand Herald, the Silent Heraldry Deputy for Calontir.  Aelin will be stepping into the role on January 28th, 2023.  Good Hand Herald is the go-to person for organizing and supporting silent heraldry in the kingdom. Many thanks to Aelin for volunteering!

  • Gold Falcon Successor

    Greetings!
    It is my pleasure to welcome Master Rhodri ap Hywel as our next Gold Falcon Principal Herald!  He will be taking over at Clothiers, January 28th.  Please join me in welcoming him to the position. 
    I want to thank the College and Kingdom for allowing me to serve as Gold Falcon these past two years. I am humbled by your trust and I hope I have served you well.

  • Muster Lists (Unofficial and Official)

    Arise Calontir! The time of war comes swiftly. It is time to prepare.

    We will be travelling to Atenveldt to help Our Cousins establish a new war in Their realm, the War of the Phoenix. And while We are not calling a muster for that war, there is an unofficial muster page here that you should fill out if you might be interested in going. That way We can attempt to get enough land for us to camp together.
    After that is Winter War Maneuvers in Vatavia. Even if you are unable to attend Gulf Wars, your presence there will help prepare your friends who can go. His Royal Highness is Our armored combat general, and he has great plans. Come and find out what they are.
    Finally, if you can go to Gulf Wars, or think you might, please sign the muster list for that here. 
    We look forward to seeing as many of you as can make it to these events.
