I know a lot of folks are at Pennsic. However, your Kingdom Arts and Science minister and your Reeve need you to submit bids for QPT 2026 that must be held in April (any open weekend). As of right now we have not received any bids. 0, zippo, zilch. There is documentation on the website under the Reeve page detailing what the requirements are to host either QPT or Kingdom A&S. Additionally, if you’d like to submit a bid for Kingdom A&S 2026, now would be a wonderful time to start that as well. Kingdom A&S must be held in September 2026. As we are rapidly approaching fall and winter, now is the time be submitting bids for events! So get those in!
I strongly encourage all shires to submit bids to host Royal events (QPT, Kingdom A&S, Crown, Coronation, CalonCon, KCOA, Masters of the Duel). If you have questions, please email me at reeve@calontir . org. Thank you!
