I come to you today as your Kingdom Regalia Coordinator, to announce the opening of bids for new crowns for Their Majesties of Calontir. Bids will be accepted through March 15th, 2026. If you are interested in potentially creating these new crowns, please fill out the below form.

These bids should be for a set of 2 crowns, with a maximum cost of $10,000 total, or $5,000 per crown.
Information the bid form requires:
- SCA Name
- Mundane Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Group Bid?
- Expected Completion Date
- Description of the Crowns
- Materials to be Used
- Photo of your similarly created items, or a drawing of the potential item
- Storage Requirements
- Cleaning Requirements
- Proposed Budget
