Do you like eating dinner? Do you enjoy not having to cook dinner while at Lilies War? Do you enjoy the thought of getting a decent dinner and also supporting the local groups that make our kingdom amazing? Me too!
The Lilies committee are looking for local groups, guilds, etc. that would be willing to provide a dinner option in exchange for fundraising at dinner time during Lilies War. If you would be interested, please contact me at hospitality@lilieswar.org . I’ll be glad to discuss wit h you what the idea is, what you would have to provide, and how it will all work. Not sure if you are interested? please contact me. Then take the idea before the decision makers of your group and we can go from there.
We are hoping to get one group for each night of the war. The food line would be set up in the food court area. You would not have to provide dinner for the entirety of the war, just enough food to support those that don’t have other options. Once you run out, your night is over and you can clean up and head back to the amazing night activities being planned by this year’s Lilies War Stewards and Staff!
