Our Winter Calontir Equestrian Meeting will be this Saturday (12/13) at Kris Kinder at 11:00am in Classroom B. Everyone is welcome!
Due to the nature of the content we will be going over this meeting is mandatory for Calontir Equestrian Marshals.

We will be discussing the following:
- Equestrian Marshal Reporting changes
- Handbook and Forms Changes
- Proposed SCA Eq. Insurance Changes
- Proposed SCA Eq. Insurance Protocols
- Also how these proposed insurance changes and protocols will affect seneschals, event stewards, and equestrian marshals. If you are a group seneschal I would highly recommend you catch this meeting.
- Proposed equestrian events/practices for 2026
