I will be taking on the position of deputy to the Kingdom Seneschal for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging. My current task is to write, with diverse assistance, a DEIB policy draft for Calontir and to formulate the parameters for the DEIB Office for the future. The particular form this takes will be subject to the deliberations of the Witan. I do welcome all input and ideas, which can be sent to deib@calontir.org . [As before, specific interpersonal issues should continue to be brought to the Advocates (advocates@calontir.org).] I hope to work towards promoting awareness and increasing inclusion and equity in all our activities.
