Greetings from your Kingdom Earl Marshal!
I am submitting the following potential rule change for a 30 day populous feedback period: The change would involve removing the necessity for an out of group Marshal to be present for an authorisation. I have had it brought to enough times that I'm willing to hear everyone's voice on the matter. I'm not saying don't comment here (keep it civil!), but I would like people to email any feelings they have about this to earlmarshal@calontir.org
